The lessons with Suraya were really helpful, I really appreciated how nice and humble she is. She is super relatable which makes it easy to ask her questions. She also has amazing exam technique!!
It was helpful and explanations were really easy to understand. But sadly the same exercises as last year were used which I already had. So it wasn’t something new to practice with and I already knew the answers.
The tutor didn’t make use of an IPad, she would type along the sides. Based on all the other tutorials I have watched I’ve seen that using a tablet or iPad does not limit the tutor’s creative ability. From drawing arrows to connect ideas, mind maps, highlighting adding notes directly above or below the text. All of this keeps the class interactive. Maybe OnyX should assist by provide their tutors with such resources.
Hey! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do our best to make sure the quality of every class is at the highest level. Our company policy is that all Flash Classes are to be run on iPads or with writing tablets to ensure a tutor can draw freely and write equations easily. We also equip all Flash Class tutors with their very own tablets at no cost to them. We are investigating this internally as this is clearly outside of the norm and contravenes our Flash Class policies.
