What if the tutor can't make the session?
In this highly unlikely event, the tutor may reschedule after checking with you, alternatively, contact us and we will place you with an available tutor. If no tutor can assist you will be issued with a full and immediate refund!😊⚡️

How are notifications sent to me?
All automated notifications are sent via email to the learner address and the tutor.
What if I can't make the session?
Do try to communicate with the tutor beforehand, please do give the tutor at least 24hrs notice. If you cannot contact your tutor Contact us on WhatsApp.

I've booked, where can I find the link to my lesson?
Receive your link via email automatically when the tutor accepts your lesson request.
Alternatively, the tutor will message you via WhatsApp and share the link on your preferred platform.
My tutor hasn't accepted or hasn't contact me, what can I do?
This can happen if the tutor missed the notification!
Contact us on WhatsApp. We will sort it out ASAP!
